| 摘 要： | 目的 分析体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中多胎妊娠减胎术对双胎妊娠结局的影响.方法 回顾性分析了IVF-ET后直接双胎妊娠492例(A组)和IVF后3胎妊娠减为双胎妊娠26例(B组)、IVF后3胎妊娠中自减为双胎妊娠22例(C组)的妊娠结局.结果 A组早期流产率为6.5%,B组早期流产率为11.5%,C组早期流产率为4.5%,晚期流产率A组为4.7%,B组为7.7%,C组为9.1%;A、B两组之间早期流产率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组与C组比较晚期流产率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).3组平均年龄、平均孕周、剖宫产率、早产率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 IVF-ET中多胎减为双胎妊娠与IVF-ET中直接双胎妊娠比较,早期流产率明显增加.
