红花注射液对肾病综合征血脂及血液流变学的影响

目的　研究红花注射液对肾病综合征血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法　选取 48例肾病综合征患者 ,随机分为两组 ,均给予正规激素治疗 ,治疗组同时加用红花注射液静脉滴注 2 1天 ,用药期间两组均停用潘生丁、肝素等抗凝及降脂药物。观察两组治疗前后血脂、血液流变学及肾功能的变化情。结果　治疗组血浆粘度、血小板聚集率、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、肾功能与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后 ,上述指标与对照组比较亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 )。结论　红花注射液治疗肾病综合征具有明显改善患者血脂、血液流变学及肾功能的特效作用。

Effects of Honghua Injection on Blood-Lipid and Blood Rheology in Nephrotic Syndrome Patients

Objective To investigate the effects of honghua injection on blood-lipid and blood rheology in nephrotic syndrome patients. Methods 48 cases with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group. Based on the use of hormone, Honghua injection was used to the treatment group for 21 days. Anticoagulants and drugs lowering blood-lipid, e.g. persantine and heparin, were all stopped in both groups. The changes of blood-lipid, blood rheology, and renal function were observed before and after treatment. Results The difference of plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, and renal function was significant compared with the indexes before treatment (P<0.01, P<0.05), and compared with the indexes of control group. Conclusions Curative effects of Honghua injection to improve blood-lipid, blood rheology, and renal function in nephrotic syndrome patients were obvious.
