水针联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

目的 比较复方当归注射液水针联合甲氨蝶呤内服治疗类风湿关节炎与单纯内服甲氨蝶呤治疗的疗效及副作用观察。方法 将50例病人随机分为两组。针药组20例治以水针注射八邪穴配合甲氨蝶呤；药物组30例治以甲氨蝶呤；两组疗程均为3个月。观察疗效并测定患者治疗前后ESR、CRP、RF的变化。结果 针药组总有效率为90％，药物组为83．3％。不良反应为10％及23．3％。结论 水针联合甲氨蝶呤中西结合治疗类风湿关节炎，作用快且肿胀消退明显，副作用小。

Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis by Acupoint Injection of Compound Angelica in Combination with Amethopterin

Purpose To compare the curative effect of acupoint injection of compound angelica plus amethopterin with that of simple amethopterin on rheumatoid arthritis and observe the side effect.Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. An acupuncture plus medicine group of 20 cases were treated by injection of Baxie point in combination with amethopterin; a medicine group of 30 cases, with amethopterin. The course of treatment was 3 months in both groups. The curative effect and changes in ESR, CRP and RF were evaluated after the treatment in the patients. Results The total effective rate was 90% in the acupuncture plus medicine group and 83.3% in the medicine group. The adverse reaction occurred in 10% and 23.3%, respectively. Conclusion Acupoint injection of compound angelica in combination with amethopter has a quick treating effect on rheumatoid arthritis with obvious reduction of the swelling and slight side effects.
