| 摘 要： | 目的了解福州市吸毒人群、梅毒、乙肝携带者、服务行业健康体检人员、卫生防疫人员中丙肝病毒(HCV)感染的情况。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行HCV抗体检测。结果吸毒者、梅毒、乙肝携带者、服务行业健康体检人员、卫生防疫人员的抗-HCV阳性率分别为60.58%、0、0、1.00%、0.71%。结论吸毒人群是HCV感染的高危人群,应加强对此群体的健康教育和行为干预,对控制丙肝等传染病的传播具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective The study was performed to understand the situation of HCV infection among drug abusers,syphilis carriers,HBV carriers,people from services trade for check-up,and epidemic prevention workers.Methods ELISA was applied for the detection of HCV antibody.Results The anti-HCV positive rates of drug abusers,syphilis carriers,HBV carriers,people from services trade for check-up,and epidemic prevention workers were respectively 60.58%,0,0,1.00% and 0.71%.Conclusion The drug abusers are the high risk group for HCV infection,and strengthening health education and behavior interference for this group is very important for controlling transmission of infectious diseases as hepatitis C,etc. |
