78例视网膜静脉阻塞临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)患者在病程不同时期采取的主要治疗方法及临床疗效。方法对78例(81眼)ROV患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。81眼中视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CR-VO)21眼,经药物治疗17眼,眼光治疗4眼;视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)58眼,经药物治疗45眼,激光治疗13眼;视网膜黄斑分支静脉阻塞(MBRVO)2眼,采用药物治疗,分析不同治疗方法的治疗效果。结果单纯药物治疗63眼,有效54眼(61.9%);激光治疗17眼,有效14眼(82.3%)。结论RVO应定期随访观察,在病程中的不同时期,需分别采取以药物、激光光凝。

Abstract:Objective To analysis the main methods and effects of treatment in a series of patients with retinal vein occlusion (RVO). Methods Clinical records were reviewed to analysis the main methods and effectsof treatment on 78 patients with retinal vein occlusion between October,2003 and October,2006. In 81 eyes,21 eyes were central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO ), 58 eyes were branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) and 2 eyes was macular branch retinal vein occlusion(MBRVO). 17 eyes of CRVO were under drug therapy,4 eyes under laser photocoagulation;45 eyes of BRVO were under drug therapy, 13 eyes under laser photocoagulation, 2 eyes of MBRVO was under drug therapy. Results 63 eyes of recent onset RVO were underwent drug therapy, and had 85.7% of therapy efficiency rate; 17 eyes were underwent laser photocoagulation, and had 82.3% of therapy efficiency rate. Conclusion RVO has an expatiatory course of disease that shoud have periodic check- up. Different treatments including drug therapy, laser photocoagulation, vitrectomy should be applied in the different corese of the disease.
