| 摘 要： | 目的:探索眼科住院病人医院感染的危险因素,并提出相应的预防措施。方法:对1999￣2005年眼科住院病人医院感染的危险因素采取回顾性调查和分析。结果:眼科住院病人220例,发生医院感染病例6人,占眼科住院病人的2.73%。危险因素包括年龄、并发症、住院天数、手术等。结论:眼科手术中的正确处理及手术后恰当的预防性用药可以降低医院感染的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection in ophthalmologic in-patients.Some considerations about prevention and treatment were discussed. Methods:To investgated and analyzed the sensitive factors of nosocomial infection in ophthalmologic in-patients retrospectively from 1999 to 2005. Results:There were 220 ophthalmologic in-patients.6 cases complicated nosocomial infection were 2.73% of the total in-patients. The risk factors of nosocomial infection included :age , complications,the duration of hospitalization , operation , etc. Conclusion:The correct manipulation in operation for ophthalmologic and appropriate medication after operation can decrease the incidence rate and degree for nosocomial infection. |
