桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤33例临床观察

目的:观察桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取子宫肌瘤患者66例,年龄32～56岁,平均(43.6±4.8)岁。随机分为两组,每组33例患者,实验组采用米非司酮与桂枝茯苓丸联合治疗,对照组仅使用米非司酮。观察患者月经量,血红蛋白,不良反应,对比两组患者疗效。结果:实验组总有效率94.0%,对照组总有效率75.8%,有效率对比有统计学差异,P<0.05。用药后实验组患者瘤体平均体积(11.23±4.71)cm3,对照组瘤体平均体积(18.83±7.56)cm3;用药后不良反应实验组5例,对照组12例;随访1年后,实验组5例复发,对照组12例复发,均施行手术治疗,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:桂枝茯苓丸联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著,副作用小,值得推广。

Clinical Observation of Hysteromyoma by United Treatment with Guizhi Fuling Pills and Mifepristone

Objective:observing clinical effects of hysteromyoma by United Treatment with Guizhi Fuling Pills and mifepristone.Methods:by selecting 66 cases of patients suffering from hysteromyoma who have been treated in our hospital from Aug.2007 to Aug.2010 with the age ranging from 32 to 56,43.6±4.8 on average,they are divided into two groups randomly with 33 patients in each group.The experimental group adopts united treatment of mifepristone and Guizhi Fuling Pills,while the matched group only employs mifepristone.Observe the amount of loose warp of menstruation,hemoglobin and untoward effect and compare the two groups of patients.Results:the overall effective rate of the experimental groups is 94.0% while that of the matched group is 75.8%;remarkable differences occur to effective rate comparison with P<0.05.The average volume of tumor for patients in the first group is 11.23±4.71 cm3 while that of the second group is 18.83±7.56cm3;for the untoward effect,there are 5 cases in the experimental group while 12 in the matched group after taking medicine;after one-year’s follow-up visit,recrudescence of 5 cases occur to the experimental groups with 12 to the latter.All of the patients are being conducted operations.The differences are of statistical significance with P<0.05.Conclusion:the united treatment of Guizhi Fuling Pills and mifepristone in curing hysteromyoma is remarkable in effects with small side effect,so it is worth being popularized.
