柘树茎乙醇提取液的抗炎镇痛作用

摘    要:目的 :观察柘树茎乙醇提取液抗炎、镇痛的药效学作用特点。方法 :用小鼠急、慢性炎症模型及醋酸、热板致痛模型进行实验。结果 :柘树茎乙醇提取液 4 .0、2 .0、1.0g/kg灌胃给药对巴豆油引起的小鼠耳廓急性炎性肿胀和纸片埋藏引起的慢性肉芽肿均有极显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,抑制率分别为 6 1.8%~ 5 2 .9%和 74 .8%~ 6 9.2 % ;镇痛试验证明 :6 .0g/kg和 3.0g/kg 1次灌胃给药对小鼠醋酸致痛扭体反应有极显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1) ,抑制率分别为 4 7.0 %和 4 1.2 % ,且 6 .0g/kg组有明显提高小鼠热板法的痛阈值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,痛阈提高的百分率为 6 5 .5 %。结论 :柘树茎乙醇提取液有显著的抗炎镇痛作用 ,并以抗炎的作用效果为优势

Abstract:Objective: To observe the function and feature in anti inflammation and analgesic effects of the liquid extraction of ethanol of Cudrania tricuspidata (Carr.) Bur. Methods: The model of acute or chronic inflammation and acetic acid, and hot plat induced injury in mice were established for the experiment. Results: The liquid extraction of ethanol 4 g/kg, 2 g/kg and 1 g/kg for stomach irrigation in each mouse had significant inhabitation for its acute inflammatory swelling in auricle induced by croton oil and chronic granulomatosis caused by a slip of paper planted in the mouse ( P <0.01). The inhibition rate was 61.8% to 52.9% and 74.8% to 69.2%, respectively. The analgesic experiment showed that 6 g/kg or 3 g/kg for stomach irrigation once had significant inhabitation to the acetic acid induced writhing reaction ( P <0.01) in mice. The rate of inhabitation was 47.0% to 41.2% and the pain threshold in mice with the hot plat induced method in the 6 g/kg group was significantly increased ( P <0.05). The increased percentage of the pain threshold was 65.5%. Conclusion: The liquid extraction of ethanol of Cudrania tricuspidata has significant anti inflammation and analgesic effects, and it is superior in anti inflammation effect. \
