摘    要:【目的】探讨弥散加权成像(DWI)显示的急性脑梗死的梗死容积对预后的预测价值。【方法】选择脑梗死病人49例作为研究对象。依据发病至磁共振成像(MRI)检查时间,分为:超急性期(≤6h)15例,急性期(7~72h)18例,亚急性期(4~14d)16例。使用GE signa Highspeed MR/i 1.5T超导MRI仪。获取DWI显示的脑梗死的容积。脑梗死病人三个月时的临床预后评分,使用改良爱丁堡-斯堪的那维亚卒中量表(FSSS)和Bathel指数(BI)进行评定。统计分析方法使用直线相关分析。【结果】在超急性期、急性期及亚急性期,DWI显示的梗死容积与KSSS和BI显著相关(P〈0.01)。【结论】DWI显示的急性脑梗死的梗死容积可作为判断预后的指标。

Abstract: Objective] to study the predictive value of cerebral infarction volume imaged by diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in cerebral infarct outcome. Methods] A total of 49 patients with recent cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study, including 15 patients superacutely ( ≤6 h), 18 acutely (7- 72 h) amd 16 subacutely (4- 14 d). DWI were obtained on a GE sigma highspeed MR/i 1.5T superconductive MRI system. The outcomes were measured by ESSS and BI three months after infarction, for statistic were analysis used Linear regression and multiple linear regression. Results] In superacute, acute and subacute stage, the infarct volume imaged by DWI were significently correlated to ESSS and BI. Conclusions] Cerebral infarct volume can be used as a predictive factor for the stroke outcome.
