| 摘 要： | 目的 动态观察病人外科手术前后血钾浓度的变化。方法 分别于手术前及手术后30min,12、24、48h检测209例病人血钾浓度。结果 病人手术后血钾浓度均明显低于手术前(P<0.01),至手术后48h低钾病人数目有逐渐增多的趋势。腹部手术后血钾浓度与甲状腺手术后血钾浓度比较,前者降低更为显著。结论 手术后应早期补钾。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the change of the kalium concentration in blood preoperatively and postoperatively.Methods The kalium concentration in blood was measured preoperatively and at 30 minutes, 12 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after surgery in 209 patients. Results The postoperative kalium concentration in blood is remarkablely lower than the preoperative concentration (P <0.01).The amount of patients with lower kalium concentration at 48 hours after operation becomes gradually increase. Evidently the blood kalium concentration after abdominal operation is lower significantly than that after thyroid operation.Conclusion Kalium should be supplied in early period after operation. |
