| 摘 要： | [目的]了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病目前在基层医院的诊疗状况及提高产科质量,对降低新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病发病率、死亡率的影响. [方法]回顾性分析本院儿科2007年1月-2008年12月收治的64例新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的临床资料.[结果] 临床治愈46例,治愈率71.9%,死亡6例,死亡率9.38%.放弃治疗6例,占9.38%.[结论]中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病,特别是合并颅内出血者死亡率高,治疗困难,提高产科质量适时结束分娩很重要.

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the therapeutic status of hypoxie-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)at primary hospital and the influence of enhancing obstetric quality to reduce the incidence and death rate of HIE.[Method] Analysising the clinical data of 64 HIE new infants admitted by Luochuan branch from Jan.007 to Dec.2008.[Results] During the 64 HIE new infants,the recovery rate was 71.9% as 46 examples got recovery finally,and the death rate was 9.38% as 6 examples got death;meanwhile 6 examples gave up the trea... |
