皮下泵化疗对原发性晚期肝癌的治疗价值

目的探讨皮下泵（肝动脉加门静脉灌注）化疗对原发性晚期肝癌的价值。方法将本院1996年～2002年收治的50例原发性肝癌患者分成3组：Ⅰ组20例，行肝动脉加门静脉灌注化疗；Ⅱ组16例，行肝动脉灌注化疗；Ⅲ组14例，行门静脉灌注化疗。3组化疗方案、剂量和间隔时间均相同。结果3组的有效率（CR＋PR）分别为70．0％，50．0％和28．6％。1年、2年生存率分别为75．0％。45．0％；56．3％，31．2％；50．0％，28．6％。结论肝动脉加门静脉双泵灌注化疗治疗原发性晚期肝癌疗效优于单独门静脉化疗；而与单独肝动脉插管化疗的效果比较无差异显著性。

Value of infusion chemotherapy by pump on advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.

ObjectiveTo explore the value of infusion chemotheropy by pump via hepatic artery and portal vein for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. MethodsFifty patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma were divided into three groups:Group ,both hepatic artery and portal vein infusion chemotherapy(20 patients);Group,hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(16 patients);Group ,portal vein infusion chemotherapy (14 patients).Results Effetive rate was 70.0% in group ,50% in group and 28.6% in group .The one-year and two-year survival rate was 75.0% and 45.0% in group ,56.3% and 31.2% in group and 50.0%28.6% in group ,respectively.Conclusion Both hepatic artery and portal vein infusion chemotherapy is effective in treating advanced hepatocellular carcinoma,and it is better than portal vein infusion chemotherapy alone.
