化工作业人员心理健康状况及影响因素研究

目的　了解化工作业人员的心理健康状况及其影响因素 ,提出相应对策。方法　采用自行设计的基本情况调查表和症状自评量表 (SCL 90 ) ,对随机抽取的 5个化工企业的 787名接触有害化学因素的一线工人进行调查 ,运用t检验、相关分析和逐步回归分析等方法 ,筛选出影响化工作业人员心理健康的因素。结果　调查对象的阳性项目数、阳性均分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子得分高于常模 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;单因素分析结果为对领导的信任、工作的单调、面临下岗、医疗保障、家庭的幸福感、与同事关系、年龄、工龄、对有害因素的担心、是否具有爱好、参加厂各类活动与否等 ;多因素分析结果为对领导的信任、工作的单调、面临下岗、医疗保障、家庭的幸福感、与同事关系等。结论　化工作业人员的心理健康状况不佳 ,除减少作业环境中化学有害因素的危害外 ,需要厂方、社会共同给予心理支持 ,包括开展心理咨询、双方沟通、开展有益体育娱乐活动等

Study on mental health status and its influencing factors of chemical workers

Objective To clarify the mental health status and its influencing factors in chemical workers, and to explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods 787 workers in 5 chemical plants were studied using the self design basic situation questionnaires and symptom check list 90 (SCL 90) test, correlation analysis and step wise regression were used in screening the factors affecting the mental health of the chemical workers. Results The psychological problem of the chemical workers appeared to be more serious than that of general population. The affecting factors were shown to include the leadership style of the company, dull work, job insecurity, happy feelings of family, medical guarantee, etc. Conclusion Generally the psychological status was rather poor in the chemical workers. To diminish the risk of chemical poisoning, to offer better social supports, including psychological consulting, closer communication with each other, more social activities, etc., might serve as promoting factors of mental health.
