运动超负荷与压力超负荷大鼠血浆HDL、LDL变化的比较研究

摘    要:在SD大鼠运动超负荷和压力超负荷模型上,采用RM—6000型多导生理记录仪,BECKMAN42型自动生化分析仪对大鼠体重、血压、心率、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等指标进行了测定。结果表明,一般运动负荷组体重增加,心率降低、血压恒定,LDL显著性降低(p<0.001),HDL显著性升高(p<0.01);运动超负荷组体重显著性降低,心率增加,血压上升,LDL升高,HDL显著性降低(p<0.01);压力超负荷组体重、心率增加,血压呈高血压指标,LDL升高显著(p<0.01),HDL降低显著(p<0.001)。上述结果表明,一般运动负荷可使机体血压恒定,心率减慢,血脂代谢水平改善,运动超负荷可使机体体重下降,心率、血压升高,血脂代谢水平异常,并与高血压型相似,对维持健康水平不利

A Comparative Study Between Exercise Overloaded and Pressure Overloaded Rats on Plasma High-Density and Low-Density Lipoprotein

Abstract:Changes in body weight,blood pressure,heart rate(HR),high_density lipoprotein(HDL) and low_density lipoprotein(LDL) contents were determined by RM_6000 Polygraph and Beckman 42 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer on rats with normal exercise load,exercise overload and pressure overload.Results showed that body weight and HDL for normal exercises group increased(P<0.01), while HR and LDL decreased(p<0.001),blood pressure was constant.The body weight and HDL for the exercise overloaded group decreased(p<0.01),HR,blood pressure and LDL increased.In group with pressure overload the body weight,HR and LDL increased(p<0.01),while the blood pressure was hypertensive and HDL decreased(p<0.001).The above results suggest that the blood pressure would remain constant with normal exercise load.The decrease of HR and ortholiposis could be facilitated by normal exercise load.Exercise overload could result in body weight decrease blood pressure increase,dyslipoproteinemia and kind of clinical hypertension symptom,which could be harmful to health.
