| 摘 要： | 本文报道用胸腺因子作用小鼠,以α-醋荼酯酶(ANAE)染色,标记小鼠未梢血液ANAE~+T淋巴细胞,测定胸腺因子对血液淋巴细胞的影响。结果表明:胸腺因子有明显提高小鼠血液ANAE~+T淋巴细胞总数的作用。根据结果,本文讨论了胸腺因子对淋巴细胞的免疫促进作用。

Effect of thymic factor on the non-speciric esterase to mark positive lymphocytes of mouse's blood |

| Abstract: | This paper reported that the mice were affected by thymic factor and coloured with α-napthyl acetate esterase to mark ANAE-positive T-lymphocytes of pouse's blood and measure the effect of thymic factor on lymhocytes of blood.The results showed that thymic factor had significant effect on increasing the total number of AHAE-positive lymphocytes in the mice's blood among them the granulous pattern and diffuse granulous pattern positive lymphocytes more or less increased. According to the results,this article discussed the immune activation of lymphocytes affected by thymic factor. |
