| 摘 要： | 目的:观察直流电中药离子导入治疗青少年颈椎病的疗效。方法:165例青少年颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(85例)和对照组(80例),对照组口服消炎药镇痛类药物及外敷膏药,治疗组采用直流电中药离子导入治疗,每日1次,每次25min,1疗程12d。观察两组在治疗疗效的不同。结果:治疗后治疗组治愈(29例)高于对照组(12例)差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:直流电中药离子导入治疗青少年颈椎病是有效的。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of iontophoresis with traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the management of adolescent cervical spondylosis.METHODS:A total of 165 adolescent patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=80)were treated by oral anti-inflammatory drugs together with sticking plasters,and the trial group(n=85)were treated by iontophoresis with traditional Chinese herbal medicine once daily for 25min each time for 12d.The major outcome measure was the curative efficacy in two groups.RESULTS:29 cases in trial group vs.12 in control group were cured after treatment,showing significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and total effective rates in the two groups also had significances(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating teenager cervical spondylosis. |
