曲美他嗪联合厄贝沙坦片治疗老年心力衰竭 患者的疗效观察

探讨曲美他嗪联合厄贝沙坦片治疗老年心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法　选取２０１１年１月—２０１４ 年１月来我院治疗并确诊为心力衰竭的老年患者１１６例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组５８例，对照组给予厄 贝沙坦片治疗，口服，１次／ｄ，每次１５０ｍｇ；观察组在对照组基础上给予曲美他嗪联合治疗，口服，每次２０ｍｇ，每 天３次。３个月为１个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前后超声心功能各项指标变化、血浆ＢＮＰ水平变化以及６ｍｉｎ 步行距离（６ＭＷＴ）。结果　治疗前，两组患者各项指标差异比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞００５）；治疗后，两组患者 ６ＭＷＴ和超声心功能各项指标均有明显改善（Ｐ＜００５），与对照组相比，观察组变化幅度更为显著（Ｐ＜００５）； 两组患者治疗后血浆ＢＮＰ水平均有显著下降（Ｐ＜００５），与对照组相比，观察组差异更加显著（Ｐ＜００５）。结 论　曲美他嗪联合厄贝沙坦片能够有效改善老年心力衰竭患者各项指标，具有显著疗效。

Observation of the effect of Trimetazidine combined Irbesartan Tablets treatment in elderly patients with chronic heart failure

To evaluate the efficacy of trimetazidine combinecl Irbesartan Tablets treatment in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 116 patients from January 2011 to January 2014 came to our hospital diagnosed as chronic heart failure . were randomly divided into control group (58 cases) and observation group (58 cases) . The con- trol group was given Irbesartan Tablets therapy by oral. I time a day , 150mg each tirue. The observation group was giv- en trimetazidine by oral based on the control group , 20mg each time , 3 tirues a day , 3 months as a course. The changes of ultrasound Heartbeat variation index , plasma BNP level and 6 min walking distance ( 6MWT) were observed in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results Before treatment , there was no significant difference of each in- dex in the two groups (P > 0. 05). 6MWT and ultrasound Beckoning chart of each index of patients in two group were significantly improved ( P < 0. 05 ) . Compared with the control group, the observation group changed more significantly ( P < 0. 05 ). The levels of plasma BNP in two groups after treatment were decreased. There was no obvious change in the control group while significantly change in the observation group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with Irbesartan Tablets can effectively improve the indicators in elderly patients with heart failure.
