| 摘 要： | 目的探讨较为安全有效易行的深静脉置管法,为临床深静脉置管途径的选择提供参考。方法回顾分析832例深静脉穿刺置管术的首次穿刺成功率,导管相关性感染率,误入动脉率。结果股静脉穿刺导管相关性感染率最高,颈内静脉穿刺置管误入动脉率最高,首次穿刺成功率,三者无区别。结论锁骨下静脉穿刺路径应作为临床深静脉穿刺的首选路径,予以推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss safer,easier and more effective technology of deep venous catheter,and to offer a reference for the selection of clinical deep venous catheter pathways.Methods The success rate of first puncture,the rate of catheter-related infection and mistakable inserted artery rate were analyzed retrospectively in 832 cases of deep venous catheterization.Results The femoral venous puncture had the highest rate of catheter-related infection,the internal jugular vein puncture had the highest mistakeable inserted artery rate,for the first successful puncture rate,no difference was showed among them.Conclusion Subclavian vein puncture pathway is worthy for spreading as the preferred pathway in clinical deep venous catheter. |
