CFH、ARMS2、HTRA1与年龄相关性黄斑病变的相关性研究进展

摘    要:年龄相关性黄斑病变(ARM)是一种慢性进展性疾病,可分为早期阶段和晚期阶段。近年来,国内外开展了补体因子H(CFH)、年龄相关性黄斑变性易患位点2(ARMS2)、高温必需蛋白A1(HTRA1)的单核苷酸多态性与早期ARM及晚期ARM(又称年龄相关性黄斑变性)的相关性研究,对ARM的遗传学研究取得了一定进展。现对CFH、ARMS2、HTRA1与ARM的相关性研究进行综述。

Abstract:Age-related maculopathy(ARM)as a progressive disease can been divided into early stage and late stage.Recently,a number of studies investigated the correlation between the polymorphism of complement factor H(CFH),age-related maculopathy susceptibility2(ARMS2),high temperature reguiremet A1(HTRA1)and early ARM or advanced ARM.Here is to make a review on recent studies of research progress on the correlation between CFH,ARMS2,HTRA1 and ARM.
