血栓通治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

目的观察血栓通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择60例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为血栓通组（30例）和对照组（30例）。对照组予以扩冠、调脂、抗血小板、抗凝等常规治疗。血栓通组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用血栓通,两组均观察14d。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、每次发作持续时间、心电图变化情况。结果治疗后两组心绞痛发作频率、每次发作持续时间、心电图缺血情况较治疗前均明显改善,差异有显著统计学意义,P〈0.01。两组心绞痛临床症状疗效及心电图疗效比较,血栓通组总有效率高于对照组,P〈0.05,疗效优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论血栓通治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效,对不稳定型心绞痛患者在常规药物治疗基础上加用血栓通,可进一步改善心绞痛症状及心电图情况。

Clinical effect observation of xueshuantong injection on unstable angina pectoris

【Objective】To observe the clinical effect of xueshuantong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.【Methods】Sixty cases of unstable angina pectoris were selected and randomLy divided into xueshuantong group(n=30) and control group(n=30).Conventional drug treatment were given to control group.Xueshuantong group were added xueshuantong injection on the basis of control group.The treatment duration of each group was 14 days.Observing the frequency of angina pectoris,lasting time of breaking out everytime and the change of ST-T on electrocardiogram before and after treatment.【Resluts】 After treatment,the seizure frequence and persistence time of angina and the change of ECG have markedly improved in both groups,P<0.01.Comparing the symptoms and ECG improvements between two groups,the total effective rate of xueshuantong group was higher than control group,P<0.05;the curative effect of xueshuantong group was better than control group,P<0.05.【Conclusion】Xueshuantong injection is effective for patients with unstable angina pectoris.It may significantly improve the symptoms and ECG.Treating unstable angina pectoris with xueshuangtong injection on the basis of conventional treatment is better than that with conventional treatment only.
