| 摘 要： | 作者报道了应用实时超声术中监护经膀胱镜置入钛镍记忆合金支架治疗前列腺增生所致的尿潴留。１７例患者应用此方法取得成功。本文介绍了钛镍记忆合金支架放置前列腺部尿道内的声像图特点，术中超声监护方法及应用超声监护的优点。作者认为，实时超声监护经膀胱镜置入钛镍记忆合金支架简便准确，安全有效，近期疗效明显，无合并症，是否值得推广尚有待研究。

| Abstract: | Intraoperative ultrasound was used in monitoring intraurethral Titanium-nickl alloy stent for treat-ment of urinary retention caused by B PH. All the seventeen cases were treated succssfully.The sonography character of Titanium-nickel alloy stent,the monitoring method and its advantages were presented.The authors consider that the method of intraoperative ultrasonic monitoring implantion of Titanium nickle alloy stent for treatment of benign prostate hypertrophy is simple and effective. |
