某高校教职工健康状况调查及影响因素分析

目的:了解教职工健康状况及其影响因素分析。方法:对1 086名教职工的B超、生化、血压、空腹血糖等检查结果进行分析。结果:男性教职工高血脂、脂肪肝及高血压的发病率明显高于女性教职工,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B超检出的前5种疾病依次为脂肪肝(27.72%)、胆结石(4.88%)、肝囊肿(4.33%)、胆囊息肉(3.13%)、肝血管瘤(2.39%);脂肪肝的检出率男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.003,P<0.05)。结论:高校教职员工慢性疾病发病率较高,员工须提高自我健康管理意识,改变不良生活方式,积极早期预防和治疗慢性疾病进而提高生活质量。

A college faculty health survey and analysis of the related influence factors

Objective： To study the health physical examination results of faculties,and the related influence factors were evaluated. Methods： To make an analysis of the results,including blood pressure,B ultrasound and biochemical examinations. Results： The incidence rates of hyperlipidemia,fatty liver and high blood pressure in male faculty members were obviously higher than that of female teachers. There is statistical difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. The B ultrasound showed that fatty liver,gallstones,liver cysts,the gallbladder polyps,and hepatic hemangioma were the most prevalent diseases. The detection rate of fatty liver in males was higher than that of females.There is statistical difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The incidence of chronic diseases in college faculty was higher. For improving the life quality,it is proposed that the faculty members should enhance health management consciousness,establish a healthy lifestyle and have an early management of chronic diseases.
