~(18)F-FDG显像对肺内单发结节的诊断价值

肺内孤立性结节(solitary pulmonary nodule,SPN)指肺内单发、直径小于3 cm的病灶,准确鉴别SPN良恶性对治疗方法至关重要。在常规18F-FDG PET显像中,病灶的形态特征、摄取18F-FDG程度可为病灶的良恶性提供有价值的线索;双时相显像病灶对18F-FDG摄取的变化情况有助于进一步判断病灶良恶性;双时相显像结合HRCT综合分析可以最大限度提供病灶对18F-FDG摄取变化情况和病灶及病灶周围解剖细节,从而可以为病灶良恶性判别提供最有力证据。疑难病例应在双时相显像的基础上结合HRCT扫描,充分利用HRCT提供的细节信息以提高诊断的准确率。

The diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET imaging in solitary pulmonary nodule

The solitary pulmonary nodule（ SPN） is a kind of nodule which is solitary and less than 3cm in diameter. It is great important to differentiate the benign nodule from the malignant nodule. The morphological characteristic and uptaking extent of18F-FDG provides the valuable information to differentiate the SPN lesions in the FDG routine imaging. In the dual time phases FDG imaging,the uptaking variation of the SPN lesion can further confirm the characteristic of the lesion; the dual time phases imaging combined with the HRCT provide the uptaking variation of the lesion and the mostly details about the lesion. So in terms of the difficult cases,the HRCT imaging and the dual time phases imaging should be combined and considered carefully about the details provided by HRCT.
