血栓通注射液联合丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的:观察血栓通注射液联合丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将105例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组51例及对照组54例。治疗组给予血栓通注射液及丁咯地尔,对照组单用丁咯地尔。观察患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组为67%(P<0.05);治疗组在神经传导速度(主侧肢体的正中神经和腓神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度)方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通注射液加丁咯地尔较单用丁咯地尔可明显改善糖尿周围神经病变症状及神经传导速度。

The clinical observation of Xueshuantong injection combined with Buflomedil hydrochioride injection for diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective： To observe the effect of Xueshuantong injection combined with Buflomedil hydrochloride injection treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 105 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were divided into the treatment group（ 51 examples） and the control group（ 54 examples）. The treatment group was added xueshuantong injection and Buflomedil hydrochloride injection. The control group was added Buflomedil hydrochloride injection only. Then the clinical efficacy was observed. Results：Total effectiveness of the treatment group was 92%,while the control group was 67%（ P 〈 0. 05）. The related nerve conduction velocity（ the median nerve and peroneal nerve’s MNCV and SNCV of the main side of the body） in the treatment group is superior to the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Xueshuantong combined Buflomedil hydrochloride injection was a better way for changing the symptom and nerve conduction velocity of diabetic peripheral neuropathy rather than Buflomedil hydrochloride injection only.
