| 摘 要： | 乳腺癌的发生和发展是一个多种基因参与调节的复杂过程,近年来研究发现Twist过表达在乳腺癌的发生、侵袭转移、血管生成与肿瘤细胞耐药中发挥重要作用,且其在乳腺癌中的表达对早期诊断和临床个体化治疗有重要意义。

| Abstract: | There are multiple genes involved in the progress of evolution in breast cancer. Recent studies have found that Twist overexpression is able to play a key role in tumorigenesis,invasion,metastasis,angiogenesis and drug resistance. Other studies also demonstrated that Twist gene expression may be related to early diagnosis and clinical individual therapy. |
