40Hz听觉相关电位在耳科临床应用效果观察

目的：探讨应用40Hz听觉相关电位（AERP）测试对聋儿和成人听力残疾者听力及伤残鉴定的效果。方法：采用0.5,1KHz短纯音刺激诱发出40HzAERP波形，对87例130耳，其中聋儿20例40耳，成人耳聋67例90耳进行测试，观察测试有无反应。结果：可记录到40HzAERP有反应的聋儿为31耳占聋儿总数的78%，成人耳聋为77耳占其总数的86%，结论：由于40HzAERP有的应率高，反映了低频残余听力，弥补了听性脑干诱发电位（ABR）的局限性，为临床聋儿及早选配助听器以防聋儿失去听力康复及成人听力残疾鉴定提供有效的客观依据。

The observation of effect of 40Hz auditory event related potential test applied in otologic clinic

Objective:To discuss the effect of 40Hz auditory event related potential(40Hz AERP)test used in remaining hearing assay of deaf children and disability identification of adults who maimed in audition.Method:Twenty deaf childnen(40 ears)and sixty-seven adult deaf(90 ears)were tested with 40Hz AERP.0 5kHz?1kHz short pure tone were used to evoke 40Hz AERP wave.Results:Positive reaction was recorded in 31 ears(78%)of chlidren and in 77 ears(86%)of adults.Conclusion:The reactive rate of 40Hz AERP is high,and it reflects residual hearing of low frequence,so it makes up the limitation of auditory brainstem response(ABR).It can provide objective basis for deaf children to choose hearing aid as soon as possible and prevent them lose the chance of hearing rehabilitation.It can also provide objective basis for hearing disability indentification of adult deaf.
