| 摘 要： | [目的]观察自拟中药强骨饮对绝经后骨质疏松患者血清雌激素水平及骨密度的影响。[方法]选择浙江中医药大学附属第二医院骨质疏松中心2009年8月至2010年8月绝经后骨质疏松症患者62例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各31例,分别应用自拟中药强骨饮1副/d,2次/d;口服钙尔奇D片1片/d。均治疗3个月,治疗前后分别测血清雌激素水平及第二腰椎骨密度值指标并进行对照分析。[结果]与钙尔奇D组相比,自拟中药强骨饮组血清雌二醇（E2）水平显著升高（P〈0.05）;第二腰椎密度值明显增加（P〈0.05）。[结论]自拟中药强骨饮能提升血清雌激素水平、增加腰椎骨密度。
