| 摘 要： | 目的：观察冠心合剂对人脐静脉内皮细胞（HUVEC）分泌血管新生因子bFGF的影响。方法：取SD大鼠40只,随机分为冠心合剂大、中、小剂量和空白组,每组10只,冠心合剂大、中、小剂量组以成人用药剂量的20、10、5倍剂量灌胃,共7天,末次灌胃后各组大鼠下腔静脉取血制备含药血清。采用体外培养HUVEC的方法,将HUVEC随机分为冠心合剂大、中、小剂量组、空白对照组和bFGF对照组,加入含药血清24h后,通过MTT法、ELISA法和RT-PCR法观察冠心合剂对HUVEC的增殖率、bFGF含量及bFGF mRNA表达的影响。结果：冠心合剂大剂量组HUVEC增殖率、bFGF含量及bFGFmRNA表达量与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,但其作用不及bFGF对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：冠心合剂能提高HUVEC增殖率,增加bFGF含量,促进bFGFmRNA表达,进而促进血管新生。
