| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨灯盏花素注射液联合氯沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。[方法]选取我院2010年1月至2011年1月确诊为慢性肾小球肾炎的60名患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在西医综合治疗基础上,治疗组加用灯盏花素葡萄糖注射液250mL,静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组加用5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注,1次/d。[结果]治疗组治疗后各指标改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]灯盏花素注射液结合氯沙坦口服具有显著疗效,值得推广。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the efficacy of Breviscapinun Injection combined with Losartan on chronic glomeruli nephritis.[Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into treatment group and control one,with 30 cases in each;on the basis of WM treatment,control group added with Breviscapinun glucose injection;the treatment one with Losartan for oral taking.[Result] All indexes of treatment group were better than control one.[Conclusion] Breviscapinun and Losartan together had significant cure effect,worthy promotion. |
