| 摘 要： | 目的研究皮质醇在促甲状腺激素（TSH）调节甲状腺细胞功能中的作用。方法采用细胞原代培养技术，检测不同浓度皮质醇（HC）对TSH刺激的甲状腺细胞摄碘能力和Na^＋-K^＋-ATP酶活力的影响。结果皮质醇在10—500nmo]／L浓度时可促进1U／L的TSH刺激的甲状腺细胞对碘的摄取，增强Na^＋-K^＋-ATP酶的活力，且成剂量依赖性；但当皮质醇的浓度达到一定范围（1000nmo]／L），其对TSH效应的促进作用不再随着浓度的升高而增强。结论皮质醇与TSH对甲状腺细胞钠／碘转运体（NIS）功能具有协同促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of cortisol on the ability of thyrotropin to regulate the function of porcine thyroid cells.Methods Thyroid cells obtained from porcine were cultured in a monolayer system.The uptake of iodide assay was used to detect the function of NIS in normal thyroid cells.Changes of the Na+-K+-ATPase were observed,which related to NIS.Results Cortisol in 10~500nM can encourage TSH-increased the iodide uptake and Na+-K+-ATPase vigor of thyroid cell in dose-dependent manner,but when the dosage reached certain density(1000nM),this promotion no longer strengthened along with the increase of density.Conclusions Cortisol and TSH have synergistic effect with thyrotropin. |
