一对单卵双生子病理性肿块与血瘀证的动态变化观察

目的:以双生子血瘀证为切入点研究病理性肿块与血瘀证症状积分的关系,从而为血瘀证的分子生物学研究作铺垫。方法:采用3种量表(双生子四诊量表、肾虚量表和血瘀证量表)对一对双生子进行4次症状评分,并对四诊量表的症状因子进行寒、热、虚、实、表、里分类和记分。同时进行双生子卵型鉴定和西医理化检测,即问卷调查、指纹图谱鉴定和微卫星DNA基因图谱鉴定。结果:经过血瘀证症状评分,大小双达到血瘀证的诊断标准,均为重度血瘀证。同时,大双病理性肿块随血瘀证积分、肾虚积分和六纲积分的减少而增长,小双病理性肿块随血瘀证积分、肾虚积分和六纲积分的减少而消退。其西医妇科检查均诊断大小双为子宫颈纳氏囊肿。结论:病理性肿块随血瘀证症状积分的增减而消长变化。

The Dynamic Observation about the Patho-Tumor and Blood Stasis Syndrome of a Pair of Monozygotic Twins

Objective: To study the relationship of between patho-tumor and syndrome score of blood stasis and prepare for the molecular biology research of syndrome of blood stasis accordingly,by researching on the syndrome of blood stasis of both.Methods: Three measuring scales(twins four diagnostic methods measuring scale,kidney deficiency measuring scale and blood stasis syndrome measuring scale) were used to score the pair of twins about the syndrome for four times.The syndrome factor were classified into cold ones,hot ones,deficient ones,excessive ones,exterior ones,interior ones,and either was scored for each.Meanwhile,twins ovule modes were identified and western medicine physical and chemical exams including paper-asking,finger printing and microsatellite DNA genetic mapping were used.Results: Both of the twins achieved the diagnostic codes of the syndrome of blood stasis and had been diagnosis of both were heavy syndrome of blood stasis.At the same time,the patho-tumor of the older increased with the induction of the score of the syndrome of blood stasis,the while the patho-tumor of the younger one was extinct with the induction of the score of the syndrome of blood stasis,kidney deficiency and six principles of diagnosis.The diagnosis of both by western medicine gynecologic examination were cervix Naboth cyst.Conclusion: patho-tumor will change with the increase or induction of the syndrome score of blood stasis.
