| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨软组织肉瘤术后放射治疗的疗效。方法 37例软组织肉瘤患者，术后及时放射治疗，27例术后局部复发再行扩大切除术及术后放射治疗，对两者的疗效进行对比分析。结果 术后及时行放射治疗者的3年和5年生存率分别为64.9%和43.2%；术后局部复发再行扩大切除术者的3年和5年的生存率分别为55.2%和37.9%。结论 软组织肉瘤术后及时行放射治疗可提高患者3、5年生存率，可减少肿瘤局部复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of postoperative radiotherapy on soft tissue sarcoma.Methods 37 patients received postoperative radiotherapy,other 27 cases(surgery treatment alone) as control.The 3-year and 5-year survival rates were compared between the two groups.Results The 3-year and 5-year survival rates were 65%,43% in postoperative radiotherapy group and 55.2%,37.9% in surgery alone group.Conclusion The postoperative radiotherapy can reduce the local relapse rate,conserve limb function and improve servival rate in soft tissue sarcoma. |
