| 摘 要： | 本文报告了二期尿道吻合术治疗尿道损伤51例,近、远期疗效均好。尿道损伤早期,膀胱造瘘,三月后行二期尿道吻合术,是治疗尿道损伤、减少并发症较好的方法。

| Abstract: | 51 cases with urethral injuries were treated with secondary urethral anastomosis, with short-term and long-term effects satisfactory It is considered a better method to treat urethral injuries and decrease their complications by performing cystostomy at the early stage of injuries and performing secondary urethral anastomosis three months later. |
