| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨使用抗病毒药物、激光及手术治疗急性视网膜坏死综合征的临床经验。方法:确诊为急性视网膜坏死综合征的患者28例30眼,全身应用抗病毒药物,选择性使用激光治疗,其中15例16眼发生视网膜脱离的病例行玻璃体视网膜手术治疗。结果:患者28例经过治疗后炎症均得到控制、视力有所提高。全身应用抗病毒药物是经典的用药途径,选择性使用激光治疗可以减少和延缓视网膜脱离的发生,玻璃体视网膜手术有利于严重病例视功能的保存和提高。结论:急性视网膜坏死综合征的预后较差,及时准确的诊断及早期积极有效系统治疗可以改善预后。

| Abstract: | AIM:To explore the clinical experience of treating acute retinal necrosis(ARN) with combined means including antivirus drugs,laser and surgical procedures.METHODS:A total of 28 cases(30 eyes) diagnosed as ARN received systemic administration of antivirus drugs,and laser treatment was used selectively.Among them 15 cases(16 eyes) with retinal detachment underwent vitreous and retinal surgery.RESULTS:Inflammations were all controlled in 28 patients and their visual acuity was improved.CONCLUSION:Although the prognosis of ARN is not optimistic,it is very important for ARN patients to get correct diagnosis and combined treatment as soon as possible.Systemic administration of antivirus drugs is a classic approach;selective laser treatment may reduce and delay the occurrence of retinal detachment;vitreous and retinal surgery is beneficial to the restoration of visual function in severe cases. |
