| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺癌化疗后引起脂肪肝的诊断与治疗方法。方法：11例病人均接受乳腺癌根治术和术后常规化疗，根据患者的临床表现、肝功能检查与肝脏B超检查确诊。结果：化疗后半年、1年、2年分别有5例、6例、9例病人提示为脂肪肝。结论：化疗药物可以导致肝脏的脂肪变性，发展为脂肪肝。肿瘤科医生应意识到脂肪肝的危害性，及早做出诊断及必要的处理。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and management of the fatty liver caused by mammary cancer chemotherapy.Method: All the patients accepted radical mastectomy and chemotherapy,diagnosis based on clinical symptoms,liver biochemical and ultrasound examination.Results: B-ultrasound shows 5 patients,6 patients,9 patients with fatty liver after chemotherapy of 6 months,one year,two years.Conclusion: The chemotherapy medicine can cause the liver fat changes and develop to fatty liver.A oncologist should know the fatty liver due to the chemotherapy drugs,and to handle it as soon as early. |
