摘    要:人精浆含有男性抑制物质(MIM)及其他抑制因子,它们可防止对精子及精浆产生免疫应答。本文报告,用Sephadex G-100过滤法从液化的正常人精液中制备MIM。犹如以往报道,从凝胶过滤中可分离出五个峰;而第一峰(称为MIMF-1)在SDS-PAGE上呈现一个区带。MIMF-1不仅能抑制SRBC进入小鼠体内所引起的免疫应答(以溶血空斑多少表示);亦能降低小鼠血清中SRBC抗体滴度(表1)。MIMF-1所致的免疫抑制作用或许与精液过敏或不育有关。

Abstract:Human seminal plasma contains male inhibitory material (MIM) and ther suppressive factors which prevent the induction of immune reaction to sperm and seminal plasma. In this paper, the MIM was purified from li(?)uified healthy human ejaculates by Sephadex G-100 filtration. As previously shown, five peaks were isolated and only one band was demonstrated on SDS-PAGE in fraction 1 (MIMF-1). MIMF-(?) was found to have inhibitory effect on immune response to sRBC in mice as detected by haemolytic plaque method in vitro, and also be able to reduce the antibody titers to sRBC in murine serum. The possible relationship between immune suppression caused by MIMF- 1 and hypersensitivity to seminal fluid or sterity was strongly suggested.
