评价丙泊酚和七氟烷在老年高血压病人麻醉中的应用

目的评价在老年高血压患者麻醉中丙泊酚和七氟烷的作用。方法将60例老年高血压手术患者,随机分为两组,即丙泊酚麻醉组(1组)和七氟烷麻醉维持组(2组),每组30例,分别应用丙泊酚和七氟烷进行麻醉维持,观察围术期血流动力学指标和麻醉深度,随访术后并发症。结果两组患者在围术期血压、心率均下降,麻醉深度满意,苏醒时间七氟烷组明显缩短,术后并发症2例出现在丙泊酚组。结论两组均能有效降压,控制心率,对麻醉深度影响相同,但是七氟烷在诱导后降压作用优于丙泊酚,能够缩短拔管时间和苏醒时间,减少术后并发症。

Evaluation of application of Propofol and Sevoflurane to anesthesia elderly hypertensive patients

Objective To evaluate anesthetic roles of Propofol and Sevoflurane in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Sixty elderly hypertensive patients undergoing surgery divided into two groups equally: Propofol group(Group 1,n = 30) and Sevoflurane group(Group 2,n = 30) given anesthesia with Propofol or Sevoflurane,respectively.The perioperative hemodynamics and anesthetic depth,as well as postoperative complications during follow-up were observed.Results In both the two groups,perioperative blood pressure and heart rate were decreased and depth of anesthesia was satisfactory.Recovery time was significantly shorter in Group 2 than in Group 1.Postoperative complications were observed in two patients in Group 1.Conclusion Either Propofol or Sevoflurane shows effective control on blood pressure,heart rate and depth of anesthesia.But Sevoflurane is better than Propofol in antihypertensive effect,since it helps reduce extubation time,recovery time and postoperative complications.
