| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复治疗对冠心病经皮冠状动脉腔内成形及支架术（PCI）疗效的影响。方法56例接受PCI的冠心病患者随机分为康复组（A组，28例）和对照组（B组，28例），比较两组患者手术前后3个月的心脏功能（LVEF）、运动代谢当（METs）及QT离散度（QTd）的变化。结果两组患者介入治疗后3个月LVEF、METs及QTd均有改善，A组患者LVEF、METs和QTd的改善更为明显（P＜0．05）。结论康复治疗可以明显改善冠心病介入治疗后的LVEF和METs和QTd，改善患者预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the rehabilitation effects of prlmany coronary intertion （PCI） on patients with coronary artery heart disease （ CAD ） Methods Fifty - six cases of CAD treated with PCI were divided into rehabilitation group （ group A ） and control group （ group B ） at random. The left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） ,METs and QTd were compared between the two groups before and 3 months post -PCI. Results The LVEF, METs and QTd were improved in two group of post -PCI compared with those before PCI. LVEF. METs and QTd of patients in the rehabilitation group were increased significantly compared with those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The LVEF, METs and QTd of patinas with CAD treated with PCI and their prognosis can be improved by rehabilitation programme. |
