镍钛器械根管预备治疗慢性根尖周炎的术后反应及远期疗效

将94例慢性根尖周炎患者随机分为2组:每组47例。分别用镍钛器械和不锈钢器械进行根管预备,然后进行一次性根管治疗。术后1周镍钛器械组的疼痛反应患者明显少于不锈钢器械组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.221,P=0.013);术后1个月2组的疼痛发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.000,P=0.317);术后18个月2组的远期疗效经比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.341,P=0.559)。2组仅有3例治疗失败,其成功率为96.8%。镍钛器械根管预备治疗慢性根尖周炎术后反应小于不锈钢锉,远期疗效相好,值得临床推广。

The Postoperative Reaction and Long-term Effects of Nickel Titanium Instruments in Root Canal Preparation for treatment of Chronic Apical Periodontitis

94 cases of chronic apical periarthritis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and 47 cases in each group. Nickel titanium equipment and stainless steel equipment were used for root canal preparation, respectively. Then, one - time root canal therapy was performed. After one week, patients in nickel - titanium instrument group with pain response was less than those in stainless steel equipment group and the difference was statistically significant （X^2 = 6. 221 , P = 0. 013）. After one month, pain response from patients in 2 groups had no significant difference （X^2 = 1. 000, P = 0.317）. After 18 months, long term curative effect of the 2 groups had no statistically significant difference （X^2 = 0. 341 , P = 0. 559）. There were only 3 cases of treatment failure and the success rate was 96.8%. The postoperative reaction from nickel titanium instruments in root canal preparation in the treatment of chronic periapieal periodontitis is less than that from stainless steel file and long - term effect of nickel titanium instruments is good, which makes it to be worth of clinical promotion.
