| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of Duloxetine in the treatment of depresssion with anxiety in elderly patients.Methods A total of 82 patients were randomly divided into Duloxetine group and Sertraline group for 6 weeks,and HAMD,HAMA,CGI-S and TESS were used to evaluate the efficacy and the side effects before and after treatment.Results There was significant difference in HAMA scores in the end of the first week between the two groups(t=-2.180,P=0.034),and in HAMD scores in the end of second week(t=-2.643... |
