| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨住院精神病患者病耻感水平对患者的影响.方法 采用贬低-歧视感知量表、自知力与治疗态度量表、精神病人生存质量量表、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表对212例住院精神病患者进行问卷调查,并按有无病耻感将患者分为两组,对上述量表得分进行比较.结果 60.85％的被调查患者有病耻感；无病耻感的患者生活质量较高(t=4.1...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of stigma on psychosis patients.Methods Two hundred and twelve psychosis patients were investigated with Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale and some related scales.Results A total of 60.86% patients had high level of stigma.The low stigma of psychosis patients had higher quality of life(t=4.181,P<0.05).There was no significant differences in insight(Z=-0.591,P=0.555) and social function(P=0.245) between different levels of stigma.Conclusion The psychosis patients have... |
