血管超声在老年性高血压患者颈动脉病变中的诊断价值

目的探讨血管超声在诊断老年性高血压患者颈动脉病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月—2012年12月115例老年性高血压患者的颈动脉超声声像特征。结果 115例老年性高血压患者中,104例颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)均增加,斑块检出73例,其中颈动脉狭窄9例。颈动脉分叉处、颈内动脉起始段是斑块好发部位。115名健康对照者IMT正常,斑块检出11例。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压与颈动脉粥样硬化病变密切相关。血管超声可直观显示颈动脉粥样硬化的病变情况,是早期发现和筛选心脑血管疾病高危患者的重要手段。

The diagnostic value of vascular ultrasound in elderly hypertensive patients with carotid artery disease

Objective To investigate the value of vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid artery disease in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 115 elderly hypertensive patients with carotid artery disease in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012. Their manifestations of sonography were analyzed. Results In 115 cases there were 104 with carotid artery intima-media thiclcening. Plaque was detected in 73 cases, of which 9 with carotid artery stenosis. Plaque was easily formed in the carotid bifurcation and internal carotid artery. The intima-media thickness （IMT） of 115 cases in the control group was normal, and plaque was detected in 11 cases. There were significant differences in IMT and plaque detection rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hypertension is closely related to carotid atheroscle- rotic lesions. Vascular ultrasound can directly display the carotid atherosclerotic lesions, and is of great value in early detection and screening of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients at high risk.
