男性乳腺癌的MRI表现

目的探讨男性乳腺癌的MRI表现特征,加强对其认识,提高临床检出率及正确诊断率。方法回顾性分析本院2008年6月—2010年6月5例经病理证实男性乳腺癌患者的MRI表现,总结MRI表现特征及诊断要点。结果 5例病灶均为浸润性导管癌。病变位于乳晕后方3例、中央区后上方1例、占据整个乳腺1例;肿块形状为圆形2例、卵圆形2例、分叶状1例;边界清楚4例、边界不清1例;T1WI大部分表现为低信号(4/5);T2WI大部分为不均匀高信号(4/5),部分病灶可见包膜(3/5);增强后均匀强化1例、不均匀强化2例、环形强化2例;腋窝淋巴结肿大1例;皮肤增厚伴乳头凹陷2例。结论男性乳腺癌的MRI表现具有一定特征性,通过对其认识有望提高诊断正确率。

MRI features of male breast cancer

Objective To describe the radiological and clinical features of male breast cancer, and to improve the detection and diagnosis rate. Methods The clinical and MRI findings were retrospectively reviewed in 5 males with breast cancer, which were confirmed by biopsy/surgical pathology. All 5 patients had pre-operative MRL Results All 5 cases were diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma. The lesions were located behind areola in 3 cases, posterior superior central region in 1 case, and whole breast in 1 case. The lesion shape was round in 2 cases, oval in 2 cases, and lobulated in I case. 4 lesions were well-demarcated, and 1 was ill-margined. Most of the lesions showed low signal （4/5） on T1WI. On T2WI 4 showed hetero- geneous high signals. One case showed homogeneous enhancement, 2 showed heterogeneous enhancement, and 2 showed ring enhancement. One case had axillary lymph nodes, and 2 had skin thickening with inverted nipple. Conclusion Male breast cancer has specific MR/features. MRI is helpful in improving diagnosis rate.
