中老年职工最大呼气流量与工作能力的关系

摘    要:目的探索中老年职工最大呼气流量在评价工作能力方面的作用。V·25方法采用现场调查法,对成都地区285名不同职业的中老年职工(40~60岁)进行最大呼气流量(PEF、V·75、V·50、V·25、V·50/V·25,将前三项指标等级化值之和得最大呼气流量指数MEFI)和工作能力指数(WAI)测量。结果按工作类型,除V·25外,各最大呼气流量指标均以脑力劳动组平均水平最高,体力劳动组最低(P<0.05);PEF、V·75、V·50/V·25在WAI分级间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。男女职工各最大呼气流量指标(V·25除外)与WAI具有密切的相关关系(P<0.05);MEFI较其所包容的三个指标与WAI分级的一致率最高(47.72%);同时V·75与WAI分级具有显著一致性(P<0.05)。结论最大呼气流量在中老年职工工作能力评价中可能是一组有价值的指标。

Study on relationship between maximal expiratory flow and work ability among aging workers
Abstract:In order to have further study on the induction of heatstress proteins(HSPs) synthesis,the effects of the drink for health care andthermotolerence on the expression,accumulation,localization and distribution of HSP27 andHSP70 in mice,and the level of HSP27,HSP70 in lymphocyte of subjects or workers exposed tohigh temperature were investigated.In animal experiments,the results showed that,comparedwith control,the level of HSPs increased,the average exhaustive time prolonged,and theconcentration of lactic acid in blood decreased.In artificial hot chamber and fieldstudy,the level of HSPs in the lymphocyte of the subjects or workers in drink group washigher than that of the control.It is suggested that this type of drink could induce thesynthysis of HSPs in vivo,play an important role in protecting the organism from heatinjury,and improve the resistance of the body to high temperature.
