低聚果糖促进肠道蠕动作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的了解低聚果糖促进肠道蠕动的效果。方法分别以400.0、800.0、1600.0mg/kg BW剂量的低聚果糖(以纯的低聚果糖含量计)连续给小鼠灌胃14d,并于第十五天进行小肠运动实验和排便时间、粪便粒数和粪便重量的测定。结果受试样品各组小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率和粪便粒数明显高于便秘模型对照组、而首次黑便时间则明显短于便秘模型对照组。结论低聚果糖具有明显的促进肠道蠕动增强通便作用。
