摘    要:目的通过与尿沉渣显微镜法结果对比,探讨US2025A尿沉渣分析仪的检测性能。方法同时用US2025A尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜法对1000例尿液标本进行平行检测。结果 US2025A尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜法的符合率为:红细胞84%,白细胞93.6%,管型88.4%;灵敏度为:红细胞91.1%,白细胞91.5%,管型85.7%;特异度为:红细胞82.1%,白细胞94.3%,管型89.4%;假阳性率为:红细胞17.9%,白细胞5.7%,管型10.6%;假阴性率为:红细胞8.9%,白细胞8.5%,管型14.3%。结论 US2025A尿沉渣分析仪可用于临床尿沉渣定量分析,但易受结晶、细菌、上皮细胞等因素的干扰,不能完全代替人工镜检。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the performance of US2025A urine sediment analyzer by comparing the results of US2025A with that of manual microscopy. Methods 1 000 urine samples were inspected by US2025A urine sediment analyzer and microscope method simultaneously. Results Compared with manual microscopy, the agreement rate of detection of RBC, WBC and casts was 84%,93. 6% and 88.4%, respectively; The sensitivity of RBC, WBC and casts was 91.1% ,91.5% and 85.7% ,respectively;The specificity of RBC,WBC and casts was 82. 1%,94.3% and 89.4%, respectively;The false positive rate of RBC, WBC and casts was 17.9 %, 5.7 % and 10.6 %, respectively; The false negative rate of RBC,WBC and casts was 8.9 %,8.5% and 14.3 %, respectively. Conclusion US2025A urine sediment analyzer can be used for the analysis of the quantitative urine sediment in clinic. However, the results are likely to be influenced by the factors such as crystals,bacteria,epithelia,and etc. As a result,the US2025A analyzer still cannot substitute manual microscopy in the urinary sediment inspection.
