Application and Evaluation of Median Test in Clinical Laboratory

Objective To establish a new significance test median test.Method Data of sample can be converted to constituent ratio by basic principle of statistical inference,and make a statistical significance with chi square test.Results The application in the examples show that median test can use on data of population distribution free and on data which can't be converted to define distribution (measurement data of normal distribution).Conclusion Median test is simple and practicable,so it is worth applying forward in clinical laboratory.
