梅罗氏综合征个案报道

梅罗氏综合征(Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome,MRS)是一种罕见的神经、皮肤、黏膜综合征,临床主要表现为反复发作性面瘫、唇面肿胀、皱襞舌三联征。辨证属风痰阻络,血脉瘀阻,气阴两虚,以祛风化痰、活血通络、益气养阴为法治疗,方选牵正散合生脉饮加减,成功治疗1例,患者症状明显缓解,效果满意。

One Case of Melkerson-Rosenthal Syndrome Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Melkerson-Rosenthal syndrome(MRS) is a rare disorder with unknown etiology,involving the nerve,skin and mucosa,characterized by recurring facial paralysis,swelling of the face and lips,and the development of folds and furrows in the tongue. Its traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pattern is the wind phlegm blocking the collaterals,blood stasis in the vessels,and deficiency of qi and yin,and the treatment is dispersing wind and resolving phlegm,invigorating blood to unblock the collaterals,tonifying qi and nourishing yin. There is 1 patient treated with modified Qianzhen powder and Shengmai powder,and the symptoms were relieved obviously with satisfactory effect.
