| 摘 要： | 目的 探索治疗汗管瘤的先进手术方法。方法用XH-超高频皮肤美容仪分层气化病变组织，直到肉眼观察皮肤不高出周围正常皮肤为止。结果20例治愈19例，治愈率95％，除1例其余患者原发病无复发，局部无瘢痕及色素沉着。结论 XH-超高频皮肤美容仪具有疗效确切，操作简便，安全可靠，具有良好的美容效果，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To research an advanced method of syringoma operations. Methods Syringomas were gasified layer by layer by XH - hyperfrequency skin calleidic machine until the lesion skin was not beyond the health skin. Results In all 20 patients, 19 cases were cured, the cure rate was 95% . One case recurred. No pigment and scar were found in focus. Conclusions Treatment of eyelid syringoma by XH - hyperfrequency skin calleidic machine is effective and safe. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical operations. |
