钻孔引流尿激酶注射治疗高血压性脑出血(附61例报告)

文章报告钻孔引流尿激酶注射治疗高血压性脑出血 6 1例 ,方法是在CT引导下行钻孔置管引流 ,同时用尿激酶 40 0 0U加入 3ml生理盐水注入血肿腔 ,以水解纤维蛋白 ,溶解凝血块 ,改善脑血液循环而达到治疗目的 ;结果术后恢复优良率达 6 7.2 % ,手术致残率为 2 3.0 % ,病死率为 9.8%。认为疗效高低与GCS评分指数高低 ,血肿量的大小 ,血肿破入脑室与否及手术时机的选择有关。

Treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with skull-perforating drainage and urokinase injection:a report of 61 cases

patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were reported.In all these patients,drainage of hematoma by indwelling tube was performed after CT-guided skull-perforation.Then urokinase was injected into the cavity to hydrolyze the fibroprotein and dessolve the blood clot,so as to improve the cerebral perfusion.The result showed that the plst-operative rate of recovery,disablement and death was 67.2%,23.0% and 9.8% respectively.The effetiveness of treatment was associated with the score of GCS,the size of hematoma,the time choice of operation,and the break of hematoma into ventricles of brain or not.
